How to become a sponsor of PEM2017

By signing on as sponsors, companies get a unique opportunity to gain visibility, establish personal contact with their customers, and meet potential new partners.

Sponsorship of PEM2017 can be with or without an exhibitor's booth.


With exhibitor's booth: A grant of CHF1000 (VAT included) entitles the sponsor to:

1. The sponsor's logo advertised:

  • at the PEM2017 website, with a 100-word description of the sponsor and an active link to the sponsor's website
  • on all printed and electronic conference materials
  • on the opening slide of every session

2. One free pass to the PEM2017 workshop for a representative or guest of choice

3. One exhibitor’s booth, ca. 3 m × 3 m, with space for 1 table and 2 posters or roll-ups, electricity included


Without exhibitor's booth: A grant of CHF750 (VAT included) entitles the sponsor to:

1. The sponsor's logo advertised:

  • at the PEM2017 website, with a 100-word description of the sponsor and an active link to the sponsor's website
  • on all printed and electronic conference materials
  • on the opening slide of every session

2. One free pass to the PEM2017 workshop for a representative or guest of choice

Payment and Cancellation Conditions

The deadline for submission of the sponsorship application is August 1, 2017. 

Upon receipt of the application, we will send an invoice for immediate payment of the non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of the contracted package. The remaining 50% of the total amount due will be invoiced on August 10, 2017. The total amount must be settled before August 30, 2017. No services will be rendered until after the pledged amount is paid in full. Cancellation before August 10, 2017 is accompanied by a cancellation fee of 50% of the total pledged amount; the fee for cancellation after August 10, 2017 is the full pledged amount.
